David is an accomplished entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in sales and estimating within the construction industry. After serving as a director overseeing sales and estimating departments, he now operates his own thriving construction sales consultancy.  David co-founded Fidaro Developments with his wife Vicky, combining their extensive industry and business expertise to drive the business forward.

David’s forte is building and maintaining highly productive networks based on reputation, trust and commitment. He has a passion for finding and closing deals, using his unique ability to understand clients', suppliers' and stakeholders' needs and how to bring them together to create mutually beneficial propositions.  David uses these unique skillsets to build and maintain the reputable and trusted team network that Fidaro Developments uses to create and deliver projects, as well as growing a robust pipeline of potential future deals for the company.

David also uses his in-depth understanding of estimating and the end-to-end construction process to anticipate challenges and drive cost certainty, enabling him to oversee the transition of deals from opportunity through to delivery and successful completion.
