As Non-Executive Advisor to Fidaro across Fidaro’s portfolio of projects, Tobias brings a wealth of extensive experience planning, coordinating and delivering major mixed use residential schemes, from master planning through to estate management, along with advisory expertise and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of project delivery, all of which directly contribute to project success.

During two decades in the construction and development industry, Tobias delivered projects across infrastructure, rail, transport and others, in addition to many major residential developments, including the delivery of £500+ million affordable, BTR, and BTS residential schemes as an executive for one of London’s largest developers.

Tobias now provides consultancy services for clients via Two Roads Group, a global strategic advisory firm dedicated to the application of novel approaches to addressing the pitfalls of traditional programme management. In this capacity, he specialises in the provision of commercial leadership, procurement, modern methods of construction, sustainable delivery, systems thinking, and governance advisory services.
